First immersive night market in Lhasa opens
On June 1, the first immersive night market in Lhasa, the Shanggu Night· Old Movie Theme Night Market, opened in Donggar Times Square, Doilungdeqen District.
When night falls and the lanterns are on, the night market is probably the most popular place. Ma Yapeng, marketing manager of Jixionggu Tourism and Culture Development Co., Ltd. in Doilungdeqen District, and the person in charge of Shanggu Night· Old Movie Theme Night Market, introduces that the night market is located in the economic center of the district, and covers an area of 6,000 square meters. It is a retro trendy night market with the theme of old movies in the 1980s and 1990s, and has more than 30 shops, covering gourmet snacks, cultural and creative items, fashionable clothing, creative life style, leisure and entertainment, and amusement parks, etc.
