Qinghai ushers in harvest season

(ECNS) -- Qaidam Basin, China's highest inland basin situated in northwest China's Qinghai Province ushered in its harvest season.

As the "grain barn" of Daidam Basin, Dulan County of Qinghai Province has planted various cereal crops this year, exceeding 508,800 mu (about 339 square kilometers), with grain crops covering 214,400 mu.
