Tibetan antelopes cross the Senlong Zangbo River with calves

The Senlong Zangbo River is located deep within the core zone of the Qiangtang National Nature Reserve in Nyima County, Nagqu City, northern Xizang. Every July, Tibetan antelope calves follow their mothers on a migration of over 100 kilometers back to their habitat. Over the past three years, the migrating herds have been conservatively estimated to number more than 150,000 annually.
