Recently, the Chamdo city of east Tibet Autonomous Region carried out an employment training for the disabled to improve their employment quality so as to enhance their living skills.
The training has broadened the horizon, updated the views of the participants, inspired their entrepreneurial enthusiasm and laid a foundation for their employment after they has mastered a skill.
