Ecology and culture coexist In Huangnan, Qinghai,

Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is located in the southeastern part of Qinghai Province. It is not only a crucial ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, but also a gateway for Qinghai to connect with the southwest region and open up to the south from both inside and outside the province.

The ecological resources within Huangnan Prefecture, such as the Kamra World Geopark, Maixiu National Forest Park, and Qinghai Taoheyuan National Wetland Park, are interdependent and coexist. Multiple ethnic groups thrive and blend here, creating a high-quality development path with ecology as the foundation, culture as the soul, and industry as the wings.

As a national level Regong cultural and ecological protection zone, Huangnan Prefecture has abundant intangible cultural heritage resources, including exquisite thangka, dynamic clay sculptures, gorgeous pile embroidery, and ancient Huangnan Tibetan opera that have been passed down from generation to generation. The local area connects the scenery of mountains and rivers with the intangible cultural heritage resources of ancient villages, promoting the deep integration of culture and tourism, and allowing the millennium cultural heritage to continue to shine with new opportunities in daily fireworks and tourist exchanges.

The transportation network is well connected.
