On the green field of the campus Tibetan girl's football dream is flickering

On the pure and vast expanse of the Sanjiangyuan (the source region of the Yangtze, Yellow, and Lancang rivers), there is a group of simple yet passionate Tibetan girls, each cherishing a burning dream of playing football. In their hearts ripple small waves of youth. They are known by a gentle yet vibrant name: the "Little Waves of Qinghai Lake" Youth Girls' Football Team. This team consists of 18 members, with an average age of 14. They come from the pastoral areas of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, and they have the unique stubbornness and resilience of highland children in their bones.

When seeing the girls coming from the pastoral areas, Coach Zhang Yuan often felt deeply moved. "In them, I see a reflection of myself," she said. She understands the purity and persistence of these children, understands the hardship of their journey out of the mountains, and understands even more their simple yet passionate love for football.

They will eventually carry the simple starlight, running and growing along the way, heading towards farther and brighter horizons. (Wang Zihan, Li Linhai)
