Three Kinds of Rare Hill Partridges Appear in Medog
Recently, three kinds of rare national second-class protected wildlife were discovered in Medog County, Nyingchi one after another. They are Arborophila mandellii (NT), Arborophila rufogularis (LC), and Arborophila torqueola (LC). This discovery not only enriches the records of the diversity of bird resources in China but also marks that Medog County has made remarkable achievements in biodiversity protection.
