Recently, The Potala Palace and Norbulingka reopened to the public.

According to the preferential policy of the fifth round of "Winter Tour in Tibet", visitors can pay free-visits from the opening day to March 15.

The Potala Palace and Norbulingka are World Cultural Heritage sites and must-visit "check-in points" for visitors to Tibet.
