5.8-magnitude quake hits Tibet: CENC

BEIJING, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- A 5.8-magnitude earthquake jolted Shuanghu County, Nagqu City, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region, at 9:53 p.m. Tuesday Beijing Time, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter was monitored at 31.76 degrees north latitude and 87.94 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 km, the center said in a formal report.
