XIGAZE, Sept. 11, 2019 (Xinhua) -- Sheep show, or sheep counting, is a traditional activity at pastoral areas in southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. During the show, herdsmen showcase and count the number of their sheep. They also pick out and eulogize their bellwethers in a symbolic gesture to pray for good growth of livestock in the next year. A sheep show was just held in Zhexia Township, Xigaze City of Tibet Autonomous Region this Monday.
