Blooming flowers in Hoh Xil
On July 7th, Hoh Xil was approved as a new world heritage site at the 41st session of the UNESCO World Heritage Committee in Krakow, Poland, becoming China's 51st world heritage. Hoh Xil is in western Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province, with a total area of about 6 million hectares. It is one of the most perfectly-preserved primitive ecology sites of the world, and one of the largest and highest nature reserves of China with richest wild animals. Hoh Xil National Nature Reserve has about 210 kinds of premium plants.
