Mali Town in Lhorong County, Qamdo City, Xizang, has only five administrative villages and a population of just over 5,000. Despite its small size, the town is home to over a dozen football teams. Recently, the ninth "Welcome the New Year Cup" football tournament held here concluded successfully.
