Jiuzhi County, Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province is located in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, where snow capped mountains, rivers, lakes, and grasslands coexist. The snow capped peaks of Nyenpoyutse are towering, and the clear waters of the Yellow River's Daughter Bay meander. The vast grasslands stretch across the plateau.

In recent years, Guoluo Prefecture has actively taken on the significant responsibility of protecting the "Chinese Water Tower" and safeguarding the "Three Rivers Source", vividly demonstrating the magnificent natural scenery and important ecological barrier value of the upper reaches of the Yellow River.
