"Cultural Expo" experience He Huang paper-cutting

Qinghai HeHuang paper-cutting is an art with plateau characteristics, listed in the third batch of Qinghai provincial intangible cultural heritage in 2006.

Originating over 1,500 years ago, it evolved from Central Plains traditions integrated with local Hehuang culture.

Its style is simple, with compositions blending tradition and modernity, and techniques emphasizing smooth lines. Covering diverse themes like ethnic culture and folk life, it's mainly made by cutting and carving on red paper.

It not only reflects the life and culture of Hehuang people but also stands as a treasure in China's cultural heritage.
