The 2026 Chamdo Cultural Tourism Tianjin Promotion Event "Red Chamdo · Jin—Cai Meeting" was launched on May 1st at the Impression City Square in Heping District, Tianjin. The five-day event will focus on the natural scenery and Kangba culture in Chamdo, Xizang, through the promotion of cultural and tourism resources, intangible cultural heritage singing and dancing performances, featured product exhibitions, theme photography exhibitions and UAV performances.

During the event, the Culture and Tourism Bureau of Chamdo City signed strategic cooperation agreements with four travel agencies, including Tianjin International Travel Service, to jointly build boutique routes and share customer markets; Signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tianjin Song and Dance Theater to deepen cooperation in drama creation, talent cultivation, and intangible cultural heritage exhibition.
