Tibetan couple devote to making traditional clothing for more than 40 years
Situated on the border of southwest China’s Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province, Dongwang and Gezan in Shagri-La city are two Tibetan-inhabited townships which boast rich culture and history, especially in their traditional Tibetan clothing. Dondrup Droma and Losang Quzha are a couple specializing in handmade Tibetan clothes. Well-known locally, their fellow villagers often ask the couple to tailor traditional Tibetan clothes for them. The couple have used their excellent handmade craftsmanship for over 40 years to interpret the beauty of traditional Tibetan clothes in Shagri-La.
