In 2008, Milin County (now Milin City) in Nyingchi established a household registration system for impoverished Nima and provided a loan of 150000 yuan. In 2012, she established a strain workshop and a simulated wild planting base under the forest.

Nowadays, there are over a thousand acres of wild simulated cultivation bases and greenhouses for white meat Ganoderma lucidum under the forest on the farm. By 2025, the output value will reach 9.2 million yuan, providing stable employment opportunities for 35 people, absorbing 4 local college students, and providing free mushroom sticks and technical guidance to villagers. A minimum protection price agreement has been signed, and since 2019, a total of 7.13 million yuan has been added to farmers' income through guaranteed purchases.
