All-out Medical Efforts for Quake-hit Area in Xigaze, Xizang

The earthquake relief work following the Dingri 6.8-magnitude earthquake in the Xizang Autonomous Region is in a critical stage. Recently, multiple medical rescue teams from China at all levels have been working hard to carry out the relief work. Among them, medical workers went to the afflicted areas as volunteers to provide medical services and medicine to the people.

Trelek sees patients afflicted by the earthquake on a volunteer basis.

Trelek is a Tibetan doctor from Xigaze City, the Xizang Autonomous Region. He has been practicing medicine for many years and is familiar with local dialects and local conditions. After the earthquake, he raised a batch of medicines urgently required by local people at the first time, and came to the settlement point to deliver free medicine and provide free medical services for people afflicted by the disaster.

There are many other medical workers like Trelek who are kind-hearted, get over difficulties, care about people afflicted by the earthquake, and silently devote themselves to the earthquake-stricken area of the Xizang Autonomous Region.
