Tibet Autonomous Region Women’s Federation Chairperson training class begins
On September 7, the second Tibet Autonomous Region Women’s Federation Chairperson training course began.
It is reported that all women’s federation cadres who work at the grassroots level are participating in this training course, and some of them are newly appointed women’s federation chairpersons.
During the seven-day training, each cadre will receive training in various fields such as “Civil Code” and e-commerce knowledge. They will also visit Sangmo Village in Doilungdeqen District, Lhasa City, Tibet Autonomous Region to learn about the effectiveness of local Women’s Federation reforms.
The chairwoman of the Women’s Federation of the Tibet Autonomous Region, Gyatso Lhamo, said that the purpose of holding this training course is to deepen the cadres’ understanding of the Women’s Federation work and improve the ability of serving women and children.
