Charity event focuses on Tibetan children with congenital heart disease
The "Colorful Kelsang Flower" charity press conference, themed around "caring for Tibetan children with congenital heart disease", was held in Beijing on Dec. 6. The "Colorful Kelsang Flower" movie tells the story of a father who lost his beloved son to congenital heart disease. He then met Metok, who had severe congenital heart disease, on a trip to Tibet and helped her overcome the disease. The movie reflects the beginning of a new life journey for the children of Tibet’s remote areas, with help from the "Red Cross Angel Project"rescue plan. It is designed to make more people aware of congenital heart disease and appeal to those caring communities to pay more attention to children in remote areas with congenital heart disease.
