Liu Ning elected as Qinghai's governor
XINING, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- The local legislature of northwest China's Qinghai Province elected Liu Ning as governor of the province on Friday.
Wang Jianjun was elected director of the Standing Committee of Qinghai Provincial People's Congress.
They were elected at the second session of the 13th Qinghai Provincial People's Congress.
