Lhasa Youth Commence an Enriching Journey in Night School

On September 1, the second session of the “Youth Night School” in Lhasa, Xizang Autonomous Region, officially commenced.

This term, 680 young individuals have enrolled in 14 diverse courses, which encompass fine arts, floral design, coffee-making, playing the Zhamunian (a traditional Tibetan stringed instrument), and tea artistry.

Divided into four distinct modules, the program offers participants an opportunity to immerse themselves in Tibetan culture, refine their technical skills, and unwind after work, transforming evenings into valuable occasions for personal growth and enjoyment.

More than just a leisure activity, the “Youth Night School” has evolved into a vital platform for preserving and promoting Tibetan cultural heritage.
