2016 Chanang Pulu Culture Festival opens in Lhoka

Photo taken on September 23rd shows a Tibetan women displays weaving techniques during the “2016 Chanang Pulu Culture Festival”. On that day, the festival started in Lhoka. Pulu is a handmade wool texture tradition amongst Tibetan people. It is possible to make clothing, blankets and more with it and it is a necessity within the daily lives of Tibetan people.
