Tibetan culture training held in Nepal

The“China’s Tibet -- Tashi Delek” cultural arts training classes had a successful run in Nepal. The classes were held after an invitation by the China Cultural Center of Nepal, and were approved by China’s Ministry of Culture and the People’s Government of Tibet Autonomous Region.

The classes took place over 15 days. The music and dance teachers from community art centers in Tibet Autonomous Region collaborated with the Confucius Institute of Nepal, the Nepal Gyalpo Association, the Anika Association, the Kathstephen School, and the Little Rose School for a cultural exchange, teaching Tibetans ethnic dances and songs as well as creating new dances and modern songs.

Via these cultural arts training classes, the brand of “China’s Tibet -- Tashi Delek” is built and promoted as part of the cultural exchange, and also achieves the goal of “Telling Tibetan stories and making the voice of Tibetans heard,” as well as improving and deepening traditional friendships.
