Potala Palace documentary offers immersive viewing experience

Following the success of the first two seasons of The Potala Palace, a new documentary offers even more immersive experiences and diverse perspectives of the UNESCO World Heritage site in Lhasa, Xizang autonomous region.

The Potala Palace: Between Heaven and History, a seven-episode series, is being broadcast on Migu Video every Saturday beginning Oct 18.

The production team utilizes artificial intelligence, extended reality and other advanced technologies to give viewers the opportunity to experience the Potala Palace's vivid artistic, cultural and architectural details. The discussions between Dai Rao, the anchor and a producer of the documentary, and scholars help viewers to gain a deeper understanding of this dazzling heritage. Popular actor Luo Yunxi narrates the series.
