On July 15, the activity of Hong Kong media in the Qinghai section of the candidate area of Qilian Mountains 

The Qilian Mountains are an important ecological security barrier and a water source area in western China, a key ecological function zone and a priority area for biodiversity conservation in China, as well as a world alpine germplasm resource bank and an important corridor for wildlife migration. Since the pilot program was launched in 2017, Qinghai has steadily advanced the pilot program of the Qilian Mountains National Park system and the establishment of the park, continuously improved ecological functions, innovated new models of ecological protection and regional coordinated development, built an important ecological security barrier in China, and realized the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.

From 15th—18th, nearly 20 mainstream media outlets and over 20 journalists from Hong Kong and Qinghai will enter the Qinghai section of the candidate area of Qilian Mountains National Park. They will visit the Ecological Science Popularization Museum, Juyanggou Research and Study Base, and Sigou Management and Protection Station of Qilian Mountains National Park, focusing on the national park's nature education, biodiversity monitoring, and scientific research practices. They will also profoundly interpret the symbiotic relationship between ecological protection and community development behind this magnificent mountain landscape, and through their lenses and words, present this hidden paradise to the world.
