Peach Culture Tour Festival to open in Nyingchi
The 2016 Peach Culture Tour Festival will start on the 23rd of this month, and tourists will be able to see the beautiful sights of Nyingchi, Tibet.
The Nyingchi Tourism Bureau said that this cultural tourist festival will theme it “for those coming to Nyingchi to see the most beautiful spring days in China”, visitors will be able to see the beautiful sight of peach blossoms at their full.
In accordance with fluctuations in the natural conditions, this year’s peach flower season will start in the middle of March and continue until the end of April.
Other than appreciating the beauty of peach flowers, tourists will also be able to participate in the “Peach Flower Fairy” competition, “ as well as a photography competition themed as “If Peach Blossoms Were Only a Dream” and the “Explore the Garden of the Peaches of Immortality” automobile sightseeing course etc.; and furthermore, each county will have unruly swimming events along the waters of the Niyang River, spring time paintings on long-scrolls and other cultural recreation activities in accordance with local conditions all in order to entertain a variety of tourists.
The altitude of Nyingchi City is rather low, and the climate suitable for people, it has always had “the Tibetan lower reaches of the Changjiang” to boast the beauty of, and the beauty of the four seasons all bring unique sights to see.
Here at, seventy percent or more primitive forests of Tibet are concentrated, all making it an important center for eco-tourism. Every year during the spring, the Nyingchi peach flowers bloom one after another, starting from Bomi County and extending onward to Nyingchi and all other counties.
