Tibetan opera enters the community life

Recently, the 8th Lhasa Tibetan Opera Performance Season came to a successful conclusion. As a key cultural and natural heritage day activity for the benefit of the people, this performance season has brought the Tibetan opera stage to urban communities for the first time, innovatively adopting a multi-point free exhibition mode in communities, commercial districts, and parks. Multiple folk Tibetan opera teams have taken turns to perform the classic eight Tibetan opera plays. Simultaneously opening a non heritage market to showcase local handicrafts such as thangka and Tibetan incense, while also providing viewing, shopping, and intangible cultural heritage experiences.
