The second online photo and video festival awards ceremony was held in Lhasa, capital city of southwest China's Tibet, on December 1, 2017.
Started six months ago, the festival received more than 2,000 photographs and 100 video submissions and more than 40,000 online votes. More than 100,000 people viewed the contest videos online.
In the end, 15 pieces were selected as best photos or best videos.
Firstly held in 2015, the festival is the first online photo and video competition in Tibet that is authoritative, open, and interactive.
