China Tibetannet  determined by the  committee and government of Qinghai province that the lowest living caution money of  every  city resident increased from 162 yuan into 175 yuan monthly , compared with same period of last year increased 13 yuan , and this is another increased standard  from 2004 .  this standard will been put into effect from July 1 of 2006.
